We are now in process of installing an online shopping cart.  

You will find items with “Add to Cart” Button but some will not have one.

We are hoping to complete the installation in a timely manner.

Until we get it complete, please put your order on “message” so that we can see all that you want to order.

We will email you a final invoice including actual shipping cost and also when you may expect it will be shipped.

We decided not to use an automatic shipping calculation system. We have experimented with the option and find that as items are added then you are over charged for shipping.  It is our hope to offer our customers the best shipping rate, so we weigh and figure each individual order.

We start processing your order as we receive it on the order form. 

Payment Options:

We take payment through major credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, Amex, JCB), PayPal and a personal check from U.S. customers. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.  You will receive a receipt by email as well as a printed receipt in your order.

Oversea  customers:

A receipt for your purchase will be enclosed in the package as a part of the custom requirements.

Each country has a different import tax system, and this means you might need to take care of import tax based on the total  purchase amount.   If you refuse the import tax or duty your order will be returned to us.  We are not responsible for this problem and we do not refund or ship again unless you take care of  additional postage. 

Regarding import tax and other tax related subjects, please visit the tax office website in your country.

It is illegal for us to mark the shipment as a gift unless it is a replacement, so please do not ask.

When parcel is refused by receipient or returned to us, we do not resend unless another shipping cost is paid within four weeks from the date we receive the returned parcel.  Please arrange delivery as soon as you find a delivery notice by the post office so that your parcel may not be returned based on the regulations in your country/area.

Texas Residents:

We charge 8.25%  Texas state sales tax to your total purchase. Businesses that wish to be exempt from tax must furnish a Resale Exemption Certificate for the state of Texas.
