Ordering and Shipping

We decided not to use an automatic shipping calculation system. We have experimented with the option and find that as items are added then you are over charged for shipping.  It is our hope to offer our customers the best shipping rate, so we weigh and figure each individual order.


Our customer's sensitive information isn't stored on our web space.  It is taken by a secured server and automatically deleted as we get it.  Please enjoy the most secured shopping experience with us.


We start processing your order as we receive it on the order form. 


We will email you a final invoice including shipping cost and also the shipping schedule when you may expect it will be shipped.


Payment Options:


We take payment through major credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover),  personal check from U.S. customers.


You will receive a receipt by email as well as a printed receipt in your order.


Oversea  customers:


A receipt for your purchase will be enclosed in the package as a part of the custom requirements.

Each country has a different import tax system, and this means you might need to take care of import tax based on the total  purchase amount.   If you refuse the import tax or duty your order will be returned to us.  We are not responsible for this problem and we do not refund or ship again unless you take care of  additional postage. 

Regarding import tax and other tax related subjects, please visit the tax office website in your country.

It is illegal for us to mark the shipment as a gift unless it is a replacement, or declare less value than your actual purchase amount, so please do not ask.

When parcel is refused by recipient, or returned to us, we do not resend unless another shipping cost is paid within four weeks from the date we receive the returned parcel.  Please arrange delivery as soon as you find a delivery notice by the post office so that your parcel may not be returned based on the regulations in your country/area.


International Shipping Policy:

Molds that may have been broken in transit will be replaced (at our cost) once, but all the shipping and handling cost will have to be paid bu the customer, especially when the damage occurs on area that doesn't affect on pouring.



Texas Residents:

We charge 8.25%  Texas state sales tax to your total purchase. Businesses that wish to be exempt from tax must furnish a Resale Exemption Certificate for the state of Texas.   



Return/Cancellation Policy:


Please check the condition of each item as soon as you receive your order.

Please contact us immediately if you find any problem.
We do not accept returns by mail without contacting us for instructions or pre-notice.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to cancellation of order from personal reason.
