So called the Bleuette Premiere. The number of the antique doll is limited and hard to find. The doll has an open mouth with four porcelain teeth, the ears have earring holes. M-270 Mlle. Bleuette 1905 Presentation Dress Pattern  Let’s make the dress that was on the first Bleuette Jumeaux at delivery from the publishing company to their mamans! It’s a simple dress often seen on French dolls in the period, just for delivery so that they would be presentable enough. The dress patterns don’t exist because they were all factory made, so our pattern was made based on an illustration. We must admit our desire to show our respect to the Jumeau Company that had already been a part of the S.F.B.J. then, we added a little imagination to the design, so we changed the flat simple sleeve to puff sleeve.
