One of the largest porcelain dolls
Armand Marseille Company ever made. The Original antique AM19 doll
is about 46" (117cm) tall. We believe this was made to be used as
a mannequin to display children's clothing.
We've been selling this molds for years but quit
selling the mold for a while due to a hard time in finding a supplier that
produces a large
composition bodies to fit the head.
We have a few more heads to fit the body and will consider
reproducing them based on the popularity of the larger size.
Everything we used for the sample doll; dress, underwear, stockings,
shoes, straw hat,
parasol...etc is an antique piece for a girl in the Victorian era. It was
fun to look for antique/old children's outfits and shoes for the doll as well as
being able to make them by
yourself.
The dress size: about 26" (66cm) from the center neck opening to the
skirt hem line. Shoe size: 6 1/2" (16.5cm) x 2 1/2" (6.4cm)
